Many of the people I work with and interact with know I’m a fan of the book “5 Love Languages” by Gary Chapman, it presents the different languages that we use in relationships.
And although we’re here on LinkedIn to build business relationships, I thought to myself how could we, as entrepreneurs, best understand the languages that our customers are speaking to us and what language we are speaking back.
I narrowed it down to 3 specific languages that focus on the way that our customers interact with us.
The challenge here is knowing which of these languages you speak, and then attracting customers who speak the same language we do, and then focusing on the language we are best at.
Here are the 3 languages:
1. Customer intimacy
2. Product Leadership
3. Operational Excellence
