Many of the most successful business owners out there got their start in business as a side hustle.

These people had a full-time job but decided to follow their passion and start a business on the side doing what they really wanted to do…. many times because they were looking to be fulfilled and to be free.

And although this is a great way to be entrepreneurial, make extra money and follow your dreams, there comes a time in the process when you have to commit to one or the other for our own well-being.

The growth in a business comes from investing time and money into it, and if you are not 100% in with either of these, it can actually hold you back more than you think.

A boss at the full-time job will pull your time and money their way, but you need to pull yourself YOUR way instead, and make that decision.
