I’ve got my most difficult weekend coming up (although its incremental, next weekend will be even worse), but i’m one step away from the max miles I’ll run. I have a 19-miler scheduled for tomorrow, I have my course laid out, it shouldn’t be too bad and should provide me some scenic, yet different, territory to travel on. I think thats the key in getting through these long runs. I then have to struggle through a 9 mile pace run on Sunday …

I have some weird feeling in my left foot, its not painful, but it brought back memories to the pain I felt after running this past Sunday, I actually forgot about it and didn’t note it anywhere. As soon as I was done running the 8-mile pace run, I slowed down to cool down and my left foot hurt, it was tough to walk on it. After I stretched, it wasn’t so bad, and by the time I got home, it was okay. I don’t know if what I am feeling is related or not, but I don’t know. I’m not sure if its going to affect me this weekend, I certainly hope that it does not. As I said, it doesn’t hurt, it just feels weird, I’ve felt around for pain spots and can feel none … I dunno.

Regardless, it should be a beautiful weekend to run, and we’re supposed to goto Knoebels on Sunday for a party, so it should be fun to run 28 miles in two days, then walk around an amusement park …. 🙂
