New Years Resolution

resolution

Its customary that with the new year upon us, we decide to make a resolution for ourselves to change something in our life.

But I wouldn’t suggest making a resolution for the sake of just making one.

Invoking change in our lives is complex & requires both planning & purpose.

But it also requires commitment.

And many people miss that.

This is why we see gym memberships soar in January and then return to normal in February.

Its why we see an influx of weight loss commercials on television in January and then they disappear.

Many industries know this & they thrive from it.

But I don’t want you to become another statistic.

Remember that change does not come easy, it takes hard work and sacrifice.

So choose a change that is realistic and achievable for you.

But understand the risks and plan to mitigate them.

Don’t worry about others think, only consider the opinion of those people that are important in your life.

Open your mind and be willing to think a little differently so that you can break the status quo.

This is what change is all about and leads us to positive growth.

So think ahead about where you will be on January 1st, 2019.. just one year from today.

What big change will have happened in your life?
