So shortly after recovering from the hamstring problem, it appears i’ve got some soreness in my groin (very minor). It doesn’t hurt, and it may just be that its sore from the bike (remember last weekend I felt it a little bit). The worst part is that its on my leg that I just had the hamstring problem with. ACK! I just can’t win.

I’m still running lightly on it, I got through 3 days of workouts with it and intend to finish off my 3 miler tomorrow morning … I’ll then get rest for it all day Thursday, all day Friday and most of Saturday morning before hitting a regular 6 mile run on Saturday. The good part is that I will be on the treadmill next week since i’ll be in Toronto, I don’t think there is any way i’ll get outside …

I’m really upset about the lagging injuries … i don’t know if my body is trying to tell me something or not, but its troubling to keep fending off injuries .. oh well, I guess this is the life of an athlete.
