Found this great article on the recent studies on injured athletes. It suggests that taking time off from exercising is not always the best way to go, in certain cases. It certainly doesn’t suggest that all injuries are safe to run through. The important point he made at the end is that if after you exercise, you feel okay when you walk, then the exercise probably makes sense. On the other hand, if you finish your exercise, and are in more pain, than you should rest.
I definitely think this fits this blog well being the fact i’m struggling through my back injuries and other assorted injuries in the past few months ..
