Over recent weeks, we’ve seen a increasing trend among entrepreneurs we’ve met with who we’ve diagnosed as being “stuck in the mud”.

This is a time in our business when we are trying something new, coming out with a new product, or developing that next big thing.

It can also happen when you are starting a new business…

And because its a change, we feel like we need all the details figured out before we can move forward.

We spend time analyzing processes & tasks we think we need to be doing, only to find out that this work is just satisfying our need to find perfection in an imperfect world.

And we never make progress, we end up in analysis paralysis.

Being 60-70-80% of the way there can feel uncomfortable for us, but knowing that the remaining answers will come to us once we actually start taking action is something we need to remember.

As entrepreneurs, things will never be perfect for us because we are always learning & our world is ever changing… this is what makes us the game changers.
