I posted an aggressive schedule for spring racing today, taking me from the Lehigh Valley half, to the pocono marathon, then into the trail run, the valley great 8, then to wrap it up, the forty fort 5 miler which I enjoyed last year … (if I can make it). That will wrap up the spring season for me, and then get me set to begin training for Steamtown and the NYC marathon in the fall. Its hard to think I’m thinking about this stuff already, but its time!

I had a great run early this morning, although I ended up cutting it shorter than I should have, but thats okay, i’ll get a longer run in tomorrow I guess. I’m doing better with my eating, and tracking and writing things down. I realized where I went wrong training for the ocean drive, and will NOT make that mistake again. I promise.
